Colors of Dutch Spring

The second part of the Dutch series, focuses on the sunnier weeks of my stay. That finally brought a shift in atmosphere and fresh ideas after several weeks of greyness and rain. During that time, the spring sun often wrapped the city in smooth light, perfect for the usage of colour film stocks. As I went on my mundane walks through the neighbourhood after my work day, I opted for a different selection of film stocks, including Kodak Portra 400 overexposed one and a half stops (160 ISO), Lomo 800, and an expired Kodak Gold 100 film which results came out extremely surprising. It’s desaturated and cold colours made a perfect bridge between the wold months of the year and spring.
